The theme for T100 2019 is Welcome to the Kitchen Table, bringing people together with food, creativity and conversation.  Some local chefs have generously shared their favourite recipes and here we have Winnie talking about her family recipe for Sukuma Wiki, which uses a special kind of kale.

Winnie lives with Melvin in Tilbury and together they led the walk from Chadwell St Mary to East Tilbury where we exchanged stories over tea and cake at St Catherine’s Church.
