Welcome to T100 Festival

The 9th T100 Festival, T100 Sounds took place between 21 June – 9 July 2023, inviting everyone to tune into the sounds of the local area through an exciting programme of walks, performances, workshops and events taking place across Thurrock.

Over 2.5 weeks, we undertook 16 walks across Thurrock, taking in the local historical, industrial and natural sites. Amongst other things, the programme saw us joining the Windrush 75 celebrations at the Port of Tilbury, enjoying a night of shanties at Thurrock Yacht Club, and exploring the beauty of Langdon Hills.

In keeping with this year’s theme of sounds, we also presented a specially-commissioned audio installation piece, created with people from across the community, in the stunning surroundings of St Clement’s, West Thurrock. You can now listen to the soundscapes that made up this installation on our website, click here.
