WALKING

We’re offering a limited number of students the opportunity to work on Thurrock 100 Stories as part of a small digital team that will be given practical advice and experience on how to learn use film, photography and audio recording in a real-world context, and how social media can be used to expand the reach of live projects to a bigger local, national and even international audience. Training, guidance and mentoring will be provided by Mike Johnston, senior lecturer in Digital Media at Bath Spa University. There is the possibility that this project may lead to a second project taking place in the UK and India in 2017 and perhaps other international destinations in future.

Download the Digital student information pack now; please let us know by Monday 11th April if you are interested in taking part.
