The theme for T100 2019 is ‘Welcome to the Kitchen Table’, bringing people together with food, creativity and conversation.  Some local chefs have generously shared their favourite foods and here we have Cristian Bodalan talking about why his bread is very healthy, and some very special pastries.

Cristian will have a stall at Tilbury Carnival on 20 July if you’d like to try his bread or pastries yourself!
