Mental Health Mates: South Ockendon Walk
On 3 July 2023, we joined our friends Mental Health Mates Thurrock’s gentle walking and talking group for a circular stroll from Brandon Groves Community Club, South Ockendon and then sat down for a cuppa and a chat.
