Green Spaces of Grays Past & Present
Sunday 2 June 2024
Start: Grays Beach Riverside Park, Grays, RM17 6HF
End: Grays Town Park, Grays RM17 6RB
Thurrock Local History Society members guided T100 walkers on a tour of the former and current green spaces of note in Gray. This walk gave participants the chance to learn about a variety of local outdoor sites, including the grounds of Grays Hall and The Dell, the important characters behind them and how these have changed over the years as the town has evolved.
